Reporting A Repair

If it is an emergency, please call 07793 090850, if it is out of normal business hours.

Otherwise, please report the problem to us by email (preferred), or by ringing 07961 883568 during normal business hours.

Emergency Number

This facility exists to cater for genuine emergencies that cannot wait until the office opens. A genuine emergency would mean either an immediate danger to your safety, and/or an issue which might cause additional, unnecessary damage to the property if not attended to immediately.

Emergency call-outs are very costly for your Landlord so please make sure the problem is serious enough before using this service, otherwise your Landlord may insist that you pay part or all of the bill.

We do not want you to take risks with your personal safety, merely to use your discretion wisely. If you're unsure then you can call the emergency contractor and ask their advice before asking them to come out.

Examples of real emergencies:

  • Gas leaks - if you smell gas call Transco on 0800 111 999 immediately.
  • Water leaks which can't be stopped by turning off an isolation valve or stop tap.
  • Burglaries which require doors or windows securing.
  • Locked out of the property due to faulty or collapsed lock.
  • Boiler breakdowns in extreme weather conditions.
  • Electrical issues causing sparking or shocks.
